TM Net sucks?

TM Net offers DSL broadband access under the brandname Streamyx. For the Streamyx ADSL service, subscribers are offered speeds between 384kbit/s and 4 Mbit/s

why i hate TM Net..

1. very2 poor speed and reliability
2. last mile monopoly and lack of competition
3. peer-to-peer connection throttling
